Job Title: Production Supervisor (2nd shift)
Department: Manufacturing
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Effective Date: December 2025
Job Summary: Supervises all aspects of 2nd shift staff and functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise all 2nd shift production staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the work of employees in all 2nd shift production areas.
- Prepares work schedules and delegates workflow.
- Ensures all production output is in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
- Monitors and evaluates production records and reports findings to management.
- May assist with training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferably in electronics and electro-mechanical contract manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
