Job Description

Summary/objective

As a Field Sales Representative at Distron, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and building meaningful customer relationships. You will also be responsible for effectively calling on pre-qualified leads to nurture new relationships and convert them into new partners. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, promote Distron’s high-quality service and products, and represent the company at industry events. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales goals and strengthening Distron’s reputation as a leader in the electronic manufacturing industry.

Leveraging LinkedIn and personal networks to identify and engage existing and new business prospects.
Conduct daily customer interactions through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build strong relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the Vice President of Sales.
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and convert opportunities into purchase orders.
Monitor industry trends, emerging markets, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
Represent Distron at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote services and build brand awareness.
Engage with pre-qualified leads to build relationships and convert them into long-term partners.

Required education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3 + Industry-related sales experience
